Neuvy-en-Beauce is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Baudreville in the north and northeast, Mérouville in the northeast, Rouvray-Saint-Denis in the east, Oinville-Saint-Liphard in the southeast, Trancrainville in the south, Fresnay-l'Évêque in the west and Levesville- la-Chenard to the west and northwest.
