Fontaine-la-Guyon is about twelve kilometers west-northwest of Chartres . Fontaine-la-Guyon is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Mittainvilliers-Vérigny with Mittainvilliers in the north, Saint-Aubin-des-Bois in the east and southeast, Saint-Luperce in the south and Saint-Arnoult-des-Bois in the west.
