Maisons is in the north of the Beauce countryside , 35 kilometers east-southeast of Chartres and about 70 kilometers southeast of Paris . Maisons is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sainville in the north and east, Léthuin in the south-east, Morainville in the south, Denonville in the west and south-west and La Chapelle-d'Aunainville in the west and north-west.
