Bailleau-l'Évêque is a French commune with 1,162 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire . Bailleau-l'Évêque is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Briconville in the north, Fresnay-le-Gilmert in the north and northeast, Poisvilliers in the east and northeast, Lèves in the east and southeast, Mainvilliers in the south and southeast, Amilly in the south, Saint-Aubin- des-Bois in the southwest, Mittainvilliers-Vérigny with Mittainvilliers in the west and Dangers in the northwest.
