Léthuin is a French municipality with 229 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire (2015 Center). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Chartres and the Portes Euréliennes d'Île-de-France municipal association founded in 2017 .

Léthuin is located in the north of the Beauce countryside , 35 kilometers east-southeast of Chartres and about 60 kilometers south-southeast of Paris . Léthuin is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Maisons in the north and north-west, Sainville in the north and north-east, Vierville in the east, Châtenay in the south-east, Gouillons in the south, Mondonville-Saint-Jean in the south-west and Morainville in the north-west.
