Audite music production
audite music production is an independent classical music - Label of graduate sound engineer Ludger Böckenhoff. It was created in 1973 in Stuttgart and, through the merger with the Fermate label, moved to Detmold in 2000 , where it is still located today. history
The AUDITE label was founded in 1973 by Friedrich Mauermann in Stuttgart. As a brother of former orchestra director of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra , Erich Wall man, he made primarily by archival footage of Mahler - Symphony under former chief conductor Rafael Kubelik , before he had a name in 2000, the label AUDITE Ludger Böckenhoff, since 1991 had already owned his own music production company called Fermate. Since the merger in 2000, the label has been called AUDITE Musikproduktion.
Repertoire and awards
Based on the live - recordings of the symphonies of Gustav Mahler with Rafael Kubelik and the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra , the original core of the AUDITE- repertoire formed, crystallized in the label gradually following major areas out, with the objective of giving the public discover value repertoire to make accessible in excellent interpretation , has always been preserved.

The current AUDITE Musikproduktion catalog includes more than 350 sound carriers in CD , SACD and LP formats , which can be obtained from corresponding distributors worldwide, as well as AUDITE productions are also represented on download and streaming platforms .
AUDITE recordings have won the German Record Critics ' Award, the Cannes Classical Award, the Midem Classical Award , the International Classical Music Award, the Diapason d'or and the Gramophone Choice , among others . In 2013 the jury of the International Classical Music Awards named AUDITE Label of the Year. In 2017 the Quartetto di Cremona received an ECHO Klassik for the seventh episode of the complete recording of Ludwig van Beethoven's string quartets produced by AUDITE and also published there.
