Location and description

The nature reserve Auf der Eckt is located in the municipality of Schliengen in the Liel district with a total size of around 3 hectares. The nature reserve consists of two sections and is a dry grassland area. It is the habitat of numerous endangered plants and animals in the Markgräfler hill country.

Protection purpose

The purpose of protection is the maintenance of strongly declining plant communities with numerous rare and endangered species.
