Men's doubles at the 1978 Australian Open . Defending champions were Ray Ruffels and Allan Stone . The final contested Wojciech Fibak and Kim Warwick against Paul Cronk and Cliff Letcher , which won Fibak and Warwick in two sets. For Fibak it was the first and only Grand Slam title, for Warwick the first of a total of four.
