The B Grupa 2001/02 was the 53rd season of the second highest Bulgarian football league. It started on August 5, 2001 and ended on May 26, 2002.

Slanchev brjag Nessebar withdrew two days before the start of the season. The remaining 13 teams played split in a first and a second round, twice against each other. The first three teams were promoted to the A Grupa , while the last three clubs were relegated to the third-class W Grupa.
