Batilly-en-Gâtinais is a French municipality with 458 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belongs to the canton of Pithiviers (until 2015 Malesherbes ) and to the arrondissement of the same name .
It is bordered to the northwest by Courcelles-le-Roi , to the north by Boynes , to the northeast by Barville-en-Gâtinais , to the east by Beaune-la-Rolande , to the south by Saint-Michel , to the southwest by Boiscommun and to the west by Nancray -sur-Rimarde .
