Benjamin Herrmann (* 1971 in Friedberg (Hessen) ) is a German film producer and film distributor .

Life

After studying directing at the Munich University of Television and Film , where he was awarded numerous short film prizes in 1997 for his graduation film The Big Laughter , he became editor-in-chief of the German Cinema & TV Movies department at ProSieben . There, he produced more than 40 television and feature films, such as the critical and commercial success mortal enemies of Oliver Hirschbiegel , Tomy Wigand Football is our life , or with two Adolf Grimme price, excellent Phantom of Dennis Gansel .
