The Benz 10/20 PS was added to the smaller Benz 10/18 PS as the next larger model in 1909 .

The car was equipped with a four cylinder in-line engine with 2610 cc capacity, the 20 hp (15 kW) at 1500 min -1 developed. The engine power was passed on to a three- or four-speed gearbox via a leather cone clutch and from there to the rear wheels via a cardan shaft. The top speed was 65–69 km / h, and gasoline consumption 15–16 l / 100 km.
