The Benz 21/50 PS was the first six-cylinder model from the manufacturer Benz & Cie.

The car was fitted with a six-cylinder in-line engine with 5340 cc capacity, the 50 HP (37 kW) at 1650 min ^-1 developed. The engine power was passed on to a four-speed gearbox via a leather cone clutch and from there to the rear wheels via a cardan shaft. The maximum speed was 82 km / h, the gasoline consumption 23 l / 100 km.

The vehicles were equipped with leaf-sprung rigid axles and wooden or wire-spoke wheels.
