Brucknerallee 125 (Mönchengladbach)
The residential building Brucknerallee 125 is in the Grenzlandstadion district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The building was built in 1910. It was entered under No. B 090 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
To the north of the Bismarck monument (today the Fischerturm ), Brucknerallee was expanded into a spacious complex from 1894 on with a tree-lined promenade between the lanes. The first buildings were built there around 1890, and the remaining vacant lots were closed towards the end of the heaviest building activity (after the turn of the century) .
In 1910, the semi-detached house No. 125/127 was built as an eaves- standing , two-axis and gable-roof-roofed semi - detached house in plan and floor plan in mirror image.
