The residential building Brucknerallee 88 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1906. It is under No. B 085 on March 6th. 1989 registered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

The two-axle, three-storey, eaves , hipped roof single-family house can be entered on the left. In an arched , loggia-like , open entrance niche there is a quarter-turned, single- flight staircase to the door. The upper platform is secured by a parapet . Above this entrance arch, another stilted arch encompasses the balconies on the first and second floors. A bay window with three-sided windows in the floor plan that extends over the two upper floors corresponds to its deepening into the building .
