The residential building Brucknerallee 224 is in the Grenzlandstadion district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built around the turn of the century. It was entered under No. B 109 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

Together with the right semi-detached house No. 222 , this building forms the end of Brucknerallee at the intersection with Breitestrasse.

There are many semi-detached houses on Brucknerallee, a special feature of this avenue , which was laid out as a boulevard and which was mainly developed in three construction phases around 1895, 1905 and 1935.

It is a two- storey house on the eaves that was originally designed as a single-family house .

As part of a semi-detached house and as the final part of a closed historical group, the house is worth protecting for architectural and urban historical reasons.
