Brucknerallee 190 (Mönchengladbach)

House and school house

The living and schoolhouse Brucknerallee 190 is in the district Grenzlandstadion in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The building was built in 1890. It was entered under No. B 100 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

The house is located on the northern section of the avenue-like extended Brucknerallee as part of a well-preserved, intact row of historic buildings (No. 176–196), which originate from an important urban development phase for Rheydt at the turn of the century.

The house, built in 1899, is two-storey and eaves with a right-hand gable and a bay window below .
