The residential building Brucknerallee 108 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1902. It is under No. B 078 on March 6th. 1989 registered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

This bourgeois dwelling house is to be regarded as part of an almost closed and well-preserved group (No. 94-102, No. 108-112, No. 118) of historicist townhouses.

The building, originally designed as a single-family house , was erected in 1902 opposite the district court . The facade of the eaves continuous , two and a half storey, three-axle house representative with center mount bay and it is uplifting gable design. Two full floors and a mezzanine floor are located above a basement floor, which is highlighted by a horizontal joint section . While the plasticity of the base emphasizes the supporting element of the substructure, the rest of the facade resting on it is smoothly plastered.

The three axes of the house are of different widths. The entrance cut into the facade is in the narrowest, left axis.
