Brucknerallee 137 (Mönchengladbach)
The house Brucknerallee 137 is in the district Grenzlandstadion in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).
The building was built in 1892. It was entered under No. B 094 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
Originally used as a single-family house , this upper-class historic residential building is the only monument of the original development on this section of Brucknerallee , the facade of which is almost completely preserved .
In 1892 the house was built by the well-known Rheydter architect Peter Bongartz. The house was built as the middle section of a magnificent three-house complex, with the flanking houses being symmetrically related to one another in the facade design.
