architecture

At the eaves and originally two-story, the house has the usual floor plan with the narrow side facing the street. The facade is a well-preserved example of late classicist historicizing architectural decoration. A with ionic pilasters provided aedicula with the number 1890 tympanum emphasizes the left side input. The windows are framed on the ground floor by a profile strip, on the first floor they are crowned by an entablature supported by Ionic pilasters. Furthermore rose under the eaves a nichtdurchfensterte Attica region , 1928 to a three windows mezzanine was expanded.

The façade, the layout and the integration of the urban structure indicate that this house, which is one of the oldest buildings still in existence from the first construction phase on Brucknerallee, is worthy of preservation for reasons of the history of the location and the settlement.
