This bourgeois dwelling house is to be regarded as part of a closed and extraordinarily well-preserved group (No. 176–196) of historic townhouses. The house, built in 1900, is a two-and-a-half-story, two-axis, eaves-standing building. Bay windows , gables and stucco applications are typical of the historical style of the time of origin.
