The house Brucknerallee 91 is in the district Rheydt in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built around 1890. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. B 028 on September 24, 1985 .

House no. 91 is the left half of a semi-detached house on Brucknerallee in Rheydt. The three-storey property is a rental residential building built over a low basement base with three window axes and an extended attic . The facade is built in a gothic stucco facade . The roof surfaces are covered with slate . Together with house number 89 , the building is worth preserving as a characteristic example of a double house from the turn of the century.
