House no. 118 shows a strongly structured narrow side facing Brucknerallee. The main side of the building is about 20 m long along the north side. The structure of the facade on Brucknerallee takes up roughly the round square wall in the basement in a staggered polygonal layout . On the first and second floors there is a prominent tower-like bay window that leans against the neighboring gable to the west.
