The residential building Brucknerallee 220 is in the Grenzlandstadion district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1901/02. It was entered under No. B 108 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

House no. 220 was built in 1901/1902 as the left half of a symmetrical semi-detached house as a two-axis, two-and - a-half- storey building with an eaves and is crowned with a gable roof.

As part of the historical group of buildings 212–224, which testifies to the original shape of this street, as a counterpart to No. 218 and due to its floor plan and furnishings, the building is worth preserving.
