Residential building

The house Brucknerallee 194 is in the district Grenzlandstadion in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The building was built in 1899. It was entered under No. B 103 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

This bourgeois dwelling house is to be regarded as the final part of a closed and extraordinarily well-preserved group (No. 176–196) of historical townhouses on the left. This group is the core of before the turn of the century as a boulevard scale and, as further connecting axis between Rheydt and Monchengladbach Avenue .

Bay windows and gables refer to the historical style of the time of origin, although the facade is kept remarkably simple. The two-storey, eaves-standing house has a converted attic .
