Residential building

The house Brucknerallee 110 is in the district of Rheydt in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The building was built in 1906. It was entered under No. B 088 on March 6, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

In 1906 the architect had this building built as a residential building at the same time as house no. 100/102 , in order to sell it immediately after completion in 1907. The two-axle, three-and-a-half- storey house is covered with a hipped gable roof, which is enriched by a diaphragm to the front facing gable and an exposure for the stairwell . The facade on the ground floor consists of rough sandstone blocks . The curved gable is also smoothly plastered.
