The residential building Brucknerallee 187 is in the Grenzlandstadion district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1906. It was entered under No. B 099 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

This bourgeois dwelling house is to be regarded as the right, final part of a closed and extraordinarily well-preserved group (No. 176–196) of historic townhouses. This group is the core of before the turn of the century as a boulevard scale and, as further connecting axis between Rheydt and Monchengladbach Avenue .

The building, erected in 1906, is an eaves , two-story building with stucco elements , gable and bay window and a simple facade .
