The residential building at Brucknerallee 173 is in the Grenzlandstadion district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1937. It was entered under No. B 114 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

In the northern section of the Brucknerallee houses no form. 171-179, which were built between 1934 and 1937, a series of closed traufständig arranged, like single-family homes .

House no. 171 was built in 1937 as a two-story, two-axle row house with a garage in the basement. The eaves-permanent object is provided with a saddle roof covered with the eaves which is aligned with the neighboring houses.
