Residential building

The residential building Brucknerallee 100/102 is located in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built in the early 20th century. It was entered under No. B 002 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

It is a four-storey apartment building with a mezzanine floor and a gable roof . Strikingly a powerful, from the smooth polished facade developed right-sided gable formation , a bay window arrangement on the first floor, with loggia on the second floor in the center axis, and the left side a staggering of two loggia the ground floor, first floor and a balcony on the second floor. At the same time, the smooth, plastered facade develops on a romantically arranged, naturally hewn square veneer made of green sandstone. The main cornice of the gable roof in a wooden box design with a curtain channel. Original findings made of wooden windows and entrance door. The color of the facade was appropriately designed, taking historical specifications into account.
