The residential building Brucknerallee 89 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built around 1890. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on May 14, 1985 under No. B 027 .

architecture

The house no. 89 is the left half of a semi-detached house on Brucknerallee in Rheydt-Mitte. The three-storey property is a rental residential building built over a low basement base with three window axes and an extended attic. The facade is built in a gothic stucco facade . The roof surfaces are covered with slate . Together with house no. 91, the building is worth preserving as a characteristic example of a double house from the turn of the century.
