The residential building Brucknerallee 185 is in the Grenzlandstadion district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1904. It was entered under No. B 098 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

architecture

This bourgeois dwelling house is to be regarded as the right, final part of a closed and extraordinarily well-preserved group (No. 176–196) of historic townhouses. This group is the core of before the turn of the century as a boulevard scale and, as further connecting axis between Rheydt and Monchengladbach Avenue .

The building, erected in 1904, is an eaves , two and a half story building with a vertical structure through the windows arranged on two axes one above the other .
