Katzenkratz (original title: Catscratch ) is an American cartoon series from 2005. It was developed by Doug TenNapel based on his 1998 comic album Gear .

content

The series is about the three cat brothers Waffle, Mr. Blik and Gordon, who inherit her mansion and all of her fortune from their late owner, Lady Edna Cramdilly. The three tomcats were by no means born for the noble life.

characters

Mr. Blik is the elegant and at the same time selfish and self- loving of the three brothers. He considers himself the greatest and always wants to come first. Waffle especially troubles him with his stupidity.

Gordon Quid is pretty hungry and fat, but very loyal at the same time. He proves his great courage when he defeats the "Big Kraken". His favorite food is lobster and his heart belongs to the human child Kimberly, who lives next door.

Waffle is the childlike and apparently dumbest of the brothers. However, he has basic mathematical knowledge and the ability to combine. He is also able to reproduce knowledge in a lexicon-like form. He gets along well with animals and quickly makes friends with others. He owns three newts.

Hovis is the villa's butler and is rather unhappy that the cats have become his new master. Yet he always retains his dignity no matter what happens to him. On his birthday, the three cats learn that he used to be a famous rock singer.

Kimberly is a neighborhood girl about eight years old. She is good friends with Gordon, who adores her. She firmly believes that there are unicorns and is a member of the unicorn club.

Randell is a recurring bear who usually plays an antagonist to the cats.
