On-air and off-air logo
The logo of the program window, like Nick's logo, was faded in at the top left. The logo was hidden for advertising purposes and then displayed again after the advertising. The logo was always visible when you previewed the program window. The logo itself was large and had no background. Nick's logo after eight has also been redesigned with the program preview update. The symbol above was used from the beginning until the conversion. After the conversion to the end, the same symbol was used, but after eight it was no longer in the crescent moon, but below it. In addition, it only appeared after eight and then disappeared again. The advertising logo scheme stayed the same and there were no changes to the program previews.
Logos
Slogans
At the beginning of the program block there was a trailer that said: "It's Nick - after eight". This started the program every day.
Program preview
The trailers prepared for the program ran at Nick and VIVA during the current program. The design got revised after a while. For the time being, the broadcast times were shown with the yellow-orange Nick background. But after the revision, the Nick airtimes background was yellow-white-orange or red. So after eight , Nick got his own program preview design. In the savannah or city, large electrical signs were set up, which were switched on when they were faded in. Pictures from the broadcasts were shown there. There was a small plaque under the larger shield. On this was the program and the broadcast times. The program preview for the first Nick after eight show was shown in the current program of the day and then last before the very last SpongeBob SquarePants episode. In the Nick After Eight program, however, only Nick After Eight previews were shown.
advertising
As with Nick, the program window also brought advertising. However, the advertising island scheme of the program window was different from that of the broadcaster. While Nick sent an advertising block between the individual programs, Nick also showed advertising within a program after eight . The transition between advertising and broadcast took place without any preview. The commercial break between the individual programs only occurred with the Nicktoons in the night program. Between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m., Nick showed no or only a few commercials after eight .
Internet presence
Nick was on the Internet after eight at nicknachacht.de . The design was based on that of the Nick website, but the Nick after eight website had a blue instead of the usual white background. The listing scheme was the same as for nick.de and you could also get from the Nickelodeon website to that of the program window. Since Nick no longer exists after eight , the website is no longer there either. She redirects to the homepage of Nickelodeon.
