VH1 Danmark is an offshoot of the US broadcaster VH1 . It is the fifth (third of the still running) country offshoots in Europe after VH1 Polska , VH1 UK & Ireland and the now discontinued channels VH-1 Germany and VH1 Россия . It replaced the VH1 Europe offshoot that existed in other European countries . Until 2009, VH1 Danmark shared the frequency with the sister program Nickelodeon Danmark . Since 2009, however, VH1 Danmark can be received 24 hours a day on its own frequency. The target group of the station is aimed at 25 to 50 year olds. Since November 1, 2009, VH1 Danmark can also be received via the Boxer DVB-T platform . However, the pan-European version is still broadcast on Danish satellite television.
