Charles M. Dawson

Charles M. Dawson (born October 8, 1893 , † October 9, 1973 in Indianapolis , Indiana ) was an American politician . Between 1941 and 1945 he was lieutenant governor of the state of Indiana.

There are almost no sources about Charles Dawson. As a result, almost all personal information is missing. An online contribution by his great-grandson shows that he was a farmer and held several local offices in his home country. Politically, he was a member of the Democratic Party . In 1940 he was elected Lieutenant Governor of Indiana alongside Henry Schricker . He held this office between January 13, 1941 and January 8, 1945. He was Deputy Governor and Chairman of the State Senate . Then his track is lost again.
