Corey Pavin (born November 16, 1959 in Oxnard , California ) is an American professional golfer who is known for his not-too-long tees.
So far, he has won 15 tournaments on the PGA tour , including the US Open in 1995 .
In 2010 Pavin led the US team as a non playing captain in the Ryder Cup .
Since 2010 - after reaching the age limit - Pavin has also played on the Champions Tour , where he won his first tournament in February 2012.
