GDR team championship in chess in 1967

The GDR team championship in chess in 1967 was won by the first team of DAW Berlin , which was GDR team champion the previous year (at that time as a department of TSC Berlin ) .

A round-robin tournament was played , with each team playing two team fights on eight boards against each other.
