From 2009 they played again in the second highest division, LEB Oro , before Middleton, now almost 45 years old, was signed on a short-term basis by the first division club Valencia BC in March 2011. Together with Middleton they won the play-offs for promotion to the LEB Oro and the sporting right to return to the ACB league. For financial reasons, however, the club had to withdraw completely from the professional leagues.
