David Harbor
David Kenneth Harbor (born April 10, 1975 in White Plains , New York ) is an American actor .

Harbor first appeared in a supporting role in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2002 .
In 2005 he was nominated for the Tony Awards as Best Supporting Actor (Best Featured Actor in a Play) for his role in the play Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? .
He became known to a larger audience in 2008 for his roles as Shep Campbell in Sam Mende's drama Times of Turmoil and as one of Daniel Craig's counterparts in Quantum of Solace . In March 2012, gave NBC announced that Harbor in the Mystery series Midnight Sun , the main character Ethan Davis will embody. Since July 2016, he has also appeared in the Netflix series Stranger Things as Chief Hopper , for which he and his fellow actors received the Screen Actors Guild Award for best ensemble in a drama series in 2017 .
