The Deinster Mühlenbach is a 153 hectare nature reserve near Deinste in the Stade district .

The nature reserve begins at the embankment in Deinste and ends after about 3.5 kilometers at the confluence with the Schwinge . It also includes a small section of the Westerbeck above Deinste. In addition to the lowlands of the brook, the Schwingen lowlands on the right-hand side are also under nature protection in the area of the mouth of the brook. The predominant types of biotope are damp forests, reeds and ponds. The nature reserve bears the sign NSG LÜ 262.
