A traveling circus moves into Paris, but it soon turns out that the director of the Sarousch circus is up to something bad and when the precious bell of the cathedral “La Fidèle” is stolen, Quasimodo and the acrobat Madellaine uncover the thief. It gets worse: the diabolical Sarousch kidnaps Zephyr, the son of Quasimodo's best friends Esmeralda and Phoebus. With many tricks and all their bravery, Quasimodo and his friends save La Fidele and the boy from the evil clutches of the circus director Sarousch. In the end, Quasimodo and Madellaine confess their love to each other as the bell rings.
