Disney Fairies is a 2011 computer-animated TV special produced by DisneyToon Studios . The film is the third sequel to the 2008 film Tinker Bell and, like the previous films, is based on the characters from the children's book Peter Pan by JM Barrie . It is not available as a single DVD, but only as an addition to the TinkerBell DVD - Fairy Trilogy .

There is tremendous excitement in the Valley of the Fairies. The big fairy games, which only take place every four years, are imminent. This sporting event attracts fairies from near and far. Everyone wants to take part, only the garden fairies don't. In the past you have always been unsuccessful in all disciplines. In order to end the streak of bad luck, Chloe and Rosetta "volunteer". But the two have tough competitors. Rumpel, the vain four-time winner and his partner Glimmer make an almost unbeatable team.

The music for the film, as well as the first three parts, was composed by Joel McNeely and played by the Hollywood Studio Symphony. The theme song Dig Down Deeper was written by Brendan Milburn and Valerie Vigoda and sung by singer Zendaya , who also sang the track at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2011 .
