The 24th European Ice Hockey Championships for U18 juniors took place from April 4 to 11, 1991 in Prešov and Spišská Nová Ves in Czechoslovakia . Both places have belonged to the Slovak Republic since 1993 . The games of group B were played from March 23 to 30, 1991 in Jaca , Spain . From March 7th to 10th, 1991, the venue for the C-Group was again Sofia in Bulgaria .
