Elitserien (chess) 2015/16
The Elitserien (chess) 2015/16 was the 28th season of the Elitserien , the top division in Swedish team chess . The champions were SK Rockaden Stockholm , who relegated the defending champion SK Team Viking to second place. From the Superettan were Burgsvik Alva SK and Schacksällskapet Manhem ascended. While Manhem achieved relegation, Burgsvik had to relegate together with Västerås Schackklubb directly.

Game dates
The competitions took place from November 6 to 8, 2015, on January 16 and 30, February 27 and from March 18 to 20, 2016, with one competition of the fifth round on January 17, 2016 and two first on February 28, 2016, while a sixth round competition was played on January 15, 2016. The first three rounds were organized centrally in Lund , the last three in Västerås .
