Eurazeo , headquartered in Paris, is a publicly traded investment company.

Eurazeo was created in 2001 from the merger of Eurafrance and Azeo , which originally served as holding companies for the Lazard group in France; Eurazeo's bond with the Lazard Group was broken in advance of its listing on the stock exchange.

The investment portfolio has a volume of over 5 billion euros. Significant holdings include a., Europcar (rental car company), Elis (laundry rental company), B&B Hotels and Moncler (fashion company). There are also minority stakes in the listed company Accor (as of February 2016).

Eurazeo is part of the French SBF 120 index. The largest shareholder is the Crédit Agricole Group with approx. 18% (as of August 2016).

At the beginning of 2014, Eurazeo bought a 10% stake in the Spanish fashion brand Desigual for 285 million euros .

In 2014, the US fund Centerbridge took over the parking space manager Apcoa Parking from Eurazeo .

In June 2015, Eurozea held 87% of the shares in Europcar. Since Europcar went public , Eurozea still holds 42.2% of the shares.

In October 2015 Eurazeo took over a minority stake of 43% in Flash Europe International, a logistics company specializing in special trips, for 32.3 million euros .

In March 2018, Virginie Morgon was appointed as the new CEO.

Eurazeo sold its stake in Desigual back to Thomas Meyer, the founder of the Spanish fashion brand, in August 2018.
