The Skien airport ( Norwegian : lufthavn Skien, Geiteryggen ) is a Norwegian regional airport south of the city Skien .

Airlines and Destinations

Currently there is only general aviation from this airport, but no scheduled services, after Widerøe last stopped its flights to Bergen on June 29, 2015. Previously, Danish Air Transport had also discontinued the route to Stavanger in May 2013 and the route to Bergen in March 2012.

In the past, Fjellfly , Norving , Norsk Air , Sun Air of Scandinavia , Air Stord , Teddy Air , Coast Air , Golden Air and European Executive Express Skien also flew to. The meanwhile insolvent Vildanden maintained their base here.
