action

The year is 1970. A man is looking for his 16-year-old son at night. Finally he watches him at a lake, where he plays love games with a girl. The father is so fascinated by this that he registers every execution with a line in the sand.

During a little conversation in the apartment, the father remembers his own youth with emotion. He, the son of a senior director of studies, was suspected of being homosexual for reasons of political expediency at the time of the “ Röhm Putsch ” . However, he was able to prove the opposite, but of all people with the wife of the accusing mayor. When he found out, he also remembered his first experience, which he had in Berlin in the 1920s with an underage prostitute , and which left him with serious damage. In Berlin, he also met his future wife, whose mother also remembered her daughter's father on the occasion of their acquaintance, whose first experience she was. He had been a tender-feeling young count and she was a dancer who was put on him because he too had the reputation of having nothing in mind with women. At the time, of course, the Count did not marry the dancer, and now nobody remembers in the film. Instead, the first father is shown again, who realizes that he was not without his youth either, only that his generation would have had a harder time than today's youth. When the son protests that real love is sure to come from him too, the father is completely satisfied.

criticism

“A condescending description of the sexual behavior of the youth from the 20s until today. Rough sex puss from Rolf Thiele, who has sunk into a clothes director. "

“Three episodes from the time from the turn of the century to 1934, in contrast to one from today, should make it clear how easy it is for young people today to have sex. The attempt to look at the history of morals satirically, however, hardly succeeded and, for example in the amalgamation with political events, is embarrassing to trivializing. "
