The Oberliga Berlin in 1990/91 was the seventeenth and last season of the Berlin Association ballgame teams conducted Oberliga Berlin .

Tennis Borussia Berlin secured the last championship and took part in the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga , in which they missed promotion as fifth in the northern group. Runner-up Türkiyemspor Berlin represented Berlin at the German amateur championship finals, in which the team in the northern group took second place behind the eventual champions Werder Bremen Amateurs .

In the course of the season, German reunification took place and the Association of Berlin Ball Game Clubs and the Berlin (East) Football Association merged to form the Berlin Football Association . For the newly created Football Oberliga Nordost ( NOFV Oberliga ), the teams from places one to fourteen qualified.

Rapide Wedding and Tasmania Neukölln were relegated to the subordinate state league . In return, the following season rose to the NOFV-Oberliga Berlin Türkspor and the FV Wannsee .
