The national soccer team of Saint-Martin is the team of the French part of the Caribbean island of St. Martin (not to be confused with the team of the Dutch part of the island, the national soccer team of Sint Maarten ). Saint-Martin is not a member of the world football association FIFA and therefore does not take part in qualifying matches for football world championships . However, as a member of the continental association CONCACAF, you take part in the competitions there, but are one of the most unsuccessful teams there.
The selection is also eligible for the Coupe de l'Outre-Mer , the competition for national teams from France's overseas territories . In 2008, 2010 and 2012, however, she decided not to do so.
