The Belizean national soccer team is the national soccer team of the Central American state of Belize . She is a member of the continental association CONCACAF . So far, the team has not yet managed to qualify for the soccer World Cup . The first qualification for the CONCACAF Gold Cup came in 2013. In March 2013, Belize achieved 123rd place, the best place in the FIFA world rankings to date .

World Championship
- 1930 to 1986 - did not participate
- 1990 - After qualifying for the 1990 World Cup in Italy , you were disqualified after disagreements with FIFA .
- 1994 - did not participate
- 1998 - In qualifying for the 1998 World Cup in France , they met Panama in the central zone of the preliminary round and had to admit defeat 1: 2 and 1: 4.
- 2002 - In qualifying for the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea , they were drawn in the central zone 1 of the preliminary round against El Salvador and Guatemala , but were eliminated from the bottom of the group after only one draw from 4 games.
- 2006 - In qualifying for the 2006 World Cup in Germany , they met Canada in the 2nd round and lost 4-0 twice.
- 2010 - As part of the qualification for the Soccer World Cup 2010 in South Africa, the team met the national team from St. Kitts and Nevis in the first round of the CONCACAF zone . Belize won the first leg in Guatemala 3-1 on February 6, 2008, the second leg in Basseterre ( St. Kitts and Nevis ) ended 1-1, making Belize move into the second round of qualifying. There the team lost the first leg against Mexico 2-0 in Houston ( United States ) on June 15 . The second leg took place on June 21st in Monterrey ( Mexico ), where they lost 7-0 and were eliminated.
- 2014 - In qualifying for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil , they met Montserrat in the 1st round and progressed 5: 2 and 3: 1 into the 2nd round. There you met Guatemala , St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada . After 2 wins and 1 draw from 6 games, they were eliminated as second in the group.
- 2018 - In qualifying for the 2018 World Cup in Russia , the team met the Cayman Islands in the 1st round in March 2015 and moved into the 2nd round with 0-0 and 1: 1 thanks to the away goals rule . There, too, they were able to prevail with 2-1 and 3-0 against the Dominican Republic and move into the third round. There they were eliminated with 0: 3 and 1: 1 against Canada .
